Forbes15 tech leaders share the top challenges of 2022. Forbes interviews Co-founder, Emin Tatosian.

After two years of dealing with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic—as well as its lingering effects—every industry’s leaders are coping with a variety of challenges, ranging from supply chain disruptions to staffing shortages to inflation. The tech industry is not immune to any of these issues, and all of them are added to the challenges that come with the rapid evolution the industry faces on an annual basis.

The tech industry has long been a byword for agility, and its leaders must draw on that mindset to lead their teams in an exacting economy. Here, 15 members of Forbes Technology Council discuss the challenges they and their teams are facing this year and how they’re planning to overcome them.
